About the Job

Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Operations Manager to support the AFNCR IT Services program at Joint Base Andrews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in IT operations management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT operations strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership for the maintenance and operations of COTS/GOTS systems.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology-driven opportunities for business growth.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of standardized device imaging solutions across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Multiple years of leading, managing, or supervising teams.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g. Security+ CE.
  • Experience with a ticketing system such as Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.
