Baker

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our strict standards. You will work closely with our Bakery Manager to develop cake production plans, monitor inventory, and ensure that all baking supplies are properly stocked.

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to create consistent, high-quality cakes.
• Operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage procedures for baked cakes.
• Assist with inventory management and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Clean and sanitize the workstation, and restock baking supplies as needed.

• Ability to understand written and oral directions, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require strength and endurance.
• Ability to operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment.
• Discipline and attention to detail to adhere to health and safety practices.

• Competitive hourly rate of $14.00.
