Job Summary

We are seeking a PT Service Associate to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a PT Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and restocking shelves.
  • Support the overall success of our store by completing tasks as assigned by management, including operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
  • Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
  • Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
  • Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.
