Overview:
As a Treatment Coordinator at Johnson Family Dental, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. You will be responsible for greeting patients warmly, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism, and expressing appreciation for their trust in our dental care services.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
- Guiding: Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures, schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options.
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
$20 - $25 per hour.
