Position Overview:
As a Sanitation Technician, you will be instrumental in assisting the maintenance team by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a multi-family residential complex. Your duties will encompass cleaning both indoor and outdoor areas, performing basic maintenance tasks, and adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Your efforts will directly enhance the living experience of our residents, making it both pristine and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to clean designated areas effectively in accordance with company standards.
- Preserve the community's appearance through routine grounds maintenance and various upkeep tasks.
- Execute cleaning responsibilities utilizing appropriate tools, including sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Assist in preparing residences for new occupants through waste removal and minor touch-up painting.
- Maintain organized and updated records of inventory and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Support the maintenance team with various tasks and engage in safety protocols and training.
- Accurately and promptly complete all necessary documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with basic maintenance and cleaning supplies is preferred.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work autonomously.
