Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service support to internal users, external clients, and vendors.
- Install, deploy, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and manage hardware and software across the organization.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records in workload management, asset management, and administrative systems.
- Provide tier I and II support across all areas of the organizational service portfolio.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all levels of employees, including customers, peers, and leadership.
- Follow documentation and checklists accurately to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Engage in team meetings, team-building activities, and other opportunities to enhance departmental collaboration.
- Communicate professionally, positively, and promptly in person, over the phone, and through electronic means.
- Utilize routine troubleshooting methodologies to deliver efficient and effective resolutions while minimizing customer impact.
- Work independently once assigned tasks and demonstrate considerable self-direction.
- Show a willingness to learn more advanced functional skills.

- Communicate technical information in non-technical terms to ensure user understanding.
- Associate degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of technical support experience or 6+ years of technical support experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in deploying, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, including workstations, laptops, IP phones, smartphones, tablets, printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Experience in deploying, repairing, and maintaining software such as the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with general networking and client/server concepts.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs, work in varying temperature environments, navigate within buildings, and travel throughout the service delivery area with reliable transportation.
