**Job Summary**

Scottsdale Academy, a reputable child development center in Tallahassee, FL, is seeking an experienced Infant Educator to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

The Role

We are looking for a qualified Lead Infant Educator who can effectively plan and implement engaging activities that meet the unique needs of each baby. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create daily lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the babies
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote language, cognitive, social, and emotional skills
  • Conduct regular assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment that meets health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and progress

Requirements

  • Professional experience working with infants (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in child development and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, friendly, and reliable with the ability to multitask
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
