Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian I to join our Environmental Services team at La Posada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our common, ancillary, and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the appearance of common areas through cleaning and maintenance
- Utilize chemicals and equipment to maintain carpet, hard-surfaced floors, upholstery, and walls
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and rearranging furniture
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of proper chemical mixing and usage
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
