Position: Cyber Security Analyst II
Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Analyst to enhance security policy management. This is a full-time role focused on safeguarding information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure thorough and precise documentation of network user accounts
- Oversee and track cyber security training records
- Generate reports detailing cyber security training and certification progress
- Assist with the DoD Risk Management Framework and Cybersecurity Inspection Program
- Monitor adherence to cyber security policies and protocols
- Detect and report potential cyber security vulnerabilities
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in information and cyber security is essential. Candidates must possess a Security+ CE certification. Familiarity with ACAS, HBSS, RMF, and Continuous Monitoring Risk Score is preferred. Strong communication skills are necessary for conveying cyber security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to produce technical documentation and system design specifications is required. A solid understanding of DoD and Army Assessment and Authorization (A&A) requirements and processes is important. Knowledge of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Information Assurance (IA) principles is beneficial. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and hold a current Secret clearance.
