Job Description

At Fluor, we are committed to delivering exceptional project management services that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of small to medium-sized engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols are implemented throughout all phases of the project
  • Reviewing and interpreting the Fluor contract and any relevant subcontracts
  • Collaborating with the project team to prepare and implement project execution plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR)
  • Developing and maintaining project baselines, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Providing support to the Project Director in delivering the project, including coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks, and resolving issues

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management, is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and vendors.

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,500 to $213,500, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
