We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Shoe Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively engaging customers, recommending products, and providing personalized service
  • Retrieve requested shoes from the stockroom area and assist customers with product inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure every customer's needs are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising, display, and ticketing
  • Assist with stock room maintenance and help fulfill customer internet orders

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Entrepreneurial drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders or stairs
