Responsibilities:
**Patient Care and Support**
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse on the medical/surgical floor. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient needs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and performing administrative tasks to ensure seamless patient flow.
**Administrative Support**
In addition to patient care, you will provide administrative support in the ED reception area, including registration, switchboard duties, and other tasks as needed. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in providing a positive experience for patients and their families.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be certified as a Nursing Assistant, and be on the CNA Central Registry. You will also need to possess excellent computer, communication, and organization skills, as well as the ability to multitask, work independently, and handle stressful situations calmly. Secretarial or reception experience is preferred but not required.
**Work Schedule**
This is a full-time position, requiring 72 hours per pay period, with a schedule that includes every 3rd weekend and holiday.
