NT Concepts Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core development team.

This individual will play a critical role in building and maintaining both the frontend and backend components of our innovative airlift optimization platform.

The platform will revolutionize how airlift requests are managed, making the process more efficient and effective.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience while developing robust and scalable backend systems.


Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the airlift optimization platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies and be passionate about solving complex problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces and interactions on the frontend, using a React-based application with the Kendo UI framework.
  • Building robust and scalable backend systems, written in Java using the Quarkus framework, to handle airlift request processing, data management, and integration with external services.
  • Collaborating with product owners to understand user needs and requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular) and one backend language/framework (e.g., Java/Spring).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will also have experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, familiarity with frontend and backend testing frameworks, experience with data visualization libraries or tools, and familiarity with the airlift or logistics domain.
