Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team. As a key member of our primary care clinical team, you will provide clinical nursing interventions, communicate effectively with patients and providers, and support efficient and timely communication between primary care providers and specialists.
Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, addressing the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients
- Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, respecting their cultural beliefs and values
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based nursing interventions and clinical care pathways to deliver optimal healthcare
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- AHA BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience as a Nurse in a primary care or ambulatory setting
- BSN or completion of BSN within 3 years of hire
