Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to salon professionals, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • Store Operations: Process sales and returns, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store teams to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Retail Experience: Retail or related experience preferred.
  • Basic Skills: Basic reading and math skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
  • Education: 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
