Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Attendant to join our team at the Williamsburg Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their hotel rooms
  • Transport guest baggage to hotel rooms using a baggage cart as needed
  • Explain hotel services, room amenities, and emergency procedures to guests
  • Answer guest questions about the Williamsburg Inn and Colonial Williamsburg
  • Provide ice service and assist doorkeepers as needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and original Motor Vehicle Record transcript (MVR) required
  • Ability to display high standards of hospitality and courtesy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn about the Williamsburg Inn and Colonial Williamsburg, and deal with unexpected problems with tact and courtesy
  • Must be 21 years of age and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical requirements include transporting up to 60 pounds, using a bicycle, and climbing stairs
