Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of nursing care for residents, providing leadership to the nursing staff, and ensuring that care standards are met. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for residents
  • Provide leadership to the nursing staff
  • Ensure that care standards are met
  • Manage the resources available in the role of unit manager
  • Provide professional nursing care to residents
  • Participate in the development of a written care plan and assessment for each resident
Requirements:
  • Current license as an LPN in the state where the center is located
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in long term care
  • Previous supervisory/management experience required
