We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Blueface. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to understand their product needs and make recommendations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help customers understand and manage their accounts, including paying bills and making changes to their service.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Blueface products and services.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive sales environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
We offer a competitive total target compensation package, including base pay and targeted commission. Our uncapped commissions offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K savings plan.
