As a Lead Intensive Care Unit Manager at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient-centered care through effective oversight of daily operations and staffing. - Supports the achievement of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.
- Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Ensures equipment maintenance is performed regularly and according to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.
- Manages admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- ACLS Instructor certification within 6 months of employment start date.
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date.
- An Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- A Registered Nurse or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
