Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Pharmacist to join our team in Havre, MT. As a key member of our hospital pharmacy, you will provide top-notch pharmaceutical care to our patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care and related services to patients and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients.
  • Support patients, their families, and medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all services provided.
  • Take rotating call shifts as required.
Requirements
  • Current Montana Pharmacist License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Proficiency with the Meditech Expanse EHR system.
