Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in upholding safety, productivity, and quality standards within our industrial environment. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and contribute to the consistent performance of our production machinery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of boilers and associated equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct daily inspections of safety mechanisms and perform necessary testing.
  • Monitor and adjust boiler water levels and related metering devices as required.
  • Manage chemical levels and the operation of chemical pumps.
  • Execute repairs and replacements, sourcing necessary components or enhancements.
  • Carry out regulatory compliance inspections.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of records and work orders.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in boiler operations is essential.
  • A valid boiler operator license is preferred.
  • A valid steam engineer license is advantageous.
  • Experience with Parker Boiler equipment is preferred.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with an annual performance bonus.

Hourly Rate: $45.67 / hr
