We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. in Cambridge, MA. As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining CNC machine tools, including routers, grinders, saws, cutters, lathes, mills, millers, and machining centers. You will also be responsible for maintaining robot loaders and ensuring the smooth operation of our CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain CNC machine tools
- Maintain robot loaders and ensure their smooth operation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CNC technology and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools and their maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
