Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide software solutions that meet business requirements by working closely with product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product roadmap exercises and support project management through input in feasibility assessments and estimation of timelines.
  • Evaluate architectural designs, technology stacks, and identify the most effective options for business needs and strategic plans.
  • Actively participate in proof of concepts in collaboration with technical leadership and promote innovation by staying up-to-date with financial technology industry progress.
  • Lead technical teams and participate in all phases of software development life cycle, maintaining coding standards and educating through code reviews.
  • Support quality assurance teams to ensure the development of high-quality software products and elevate the deployment process by conducting feedback loops with development teams and product owners.
Enterprise Level Responsibilities:
  • Promote cross-team collaborations with onshore and offshore teams working across multiple time zones and work schedules.
  • Promote inclusive communication throughout the team.

Requirements:
