RBC Bearings is seeking an experienced International Finance Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and improvement

  • Supporting and developing Poland Shared Services Center activities

  • Assisting with monthly financial statements review and providing feedback

  • Reviewing budget and forecast, advising local accounting teams

  • Recommending changes in financial policies and procedures as necessary

  • Providing solutions on operational issues

  • Assisting Divisional Manager on business development and improvement

  • Assisting on internal controls and ensuring compliance with corporate policies

  • Preparing financial and statistical reports as required

  • Assisting divisions with corporate tax department requirements

  • Assisting divisions with statutory reporting requirements

  • Supporting transfer pricing as necessary

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in finance, preferably with international experience

  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or an interest in obtaining certification

  • Strong math, analytical, problem-solving and technical skills; highly organized with attention to detail; takes initiative; customer service oriented
