Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated esthetician to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness. As a Cryoskin specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality esthetic treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and other esthetic services to meet client needs and exceed appointment goals.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
  • Manage client appointments, including booking, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatments.
  • Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and modalities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Cross-sell complementary services and products to enhance client experiences.
  • Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, and providing customer tours.

Requirements

  • Licensed Esthetician with experience in Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage client appointments.
