Job Summary

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant at LifeBridge Health, you will provide safe and compassionate care to patients in our Brain Health Unit. This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic medical care, including medication management and vital sign monitoring
  • Engage patients in activities and exercises to promote physical and cognitive well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic employment skills and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • C-GNA licensure and CPR/First Aid certification
  • Experience working with geriatric patients, preferably in a medical or behavioral health setting
