**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced EMDR Therapist to join our treatment center team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance addictions, using evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and recover.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, establishing treatment plans and goals.
  • Educate clients on treatment options, methods, and techniques, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records for health insurance and patient tracking, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, assessing suitability for counseling services or referrals to other treatment centers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, conducting research to inform new treatment methods and best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality, intake procedures, and staff meeting requirements.
  • Assist with general monitoring of in-house patients as needed, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

**Requirements**

  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Licensed in the state where the treatment center is located.
  • EMDR certification.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$45, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
