As an Independent Optometrist at Walmart, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within our Sam's Club locations. This unique opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, providing eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being services.

• Establish your own days of practice and hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees
• Option to opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative support services (if state allows)

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate

As an Independent Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to patients. You will have the flexibility to establish your own schedule and fee structure, allowing you to tailor your practice to meet the needs of your patients.
