Job Overview

At Stonington Institute, a division of Universal Health Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed practical nurse to join our team. Our facility provides a supportive environment for individuals to receive quality substance abuse treatment options.

We offer various programs, including medical detox, residential addictions treatment for active duty and retired military service members, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and reporting accurate client data in a timely manner
  • Participating in the development of a strategy of care with other nursing personnel
  • Assisting, delegating, and giving directed care

Requirements
  • Graduate of a licensed professional nurse training program
  • Licensed in the State of Connecticut as a licensed professional nurse
  • Minimum of one year experience working in the Mental Health or Substance Abuse field preferred
