About the Job

Focusing on delivering exceptional patient care, we are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team as a travel healthcare professional. This is a 13-week contract position with a 36-hour workweek, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients' bodies.
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Monitoring patients during procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Maintaining equipment, adhering to strict protocols, and remaining updated on the latest imaging technologies.
  • Providing exceptional patient service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they feel at ease during the imaging process.
Requirements
  • Two years of continuous experience as a MRI Technologist, with a strong proficiency in all duties required for this role.
  • Current licensure in the required state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and professional development, staying updated on the latest imaging technologies and procedures.
