Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team in Fulton, California.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients under the direction and supervision of the Rehabilitation Services team.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in occupational therapy and be certified in occupational therapy or have a foreign-trained equivalent. Additionally, the candidate must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in California and have a National Provider Identifier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction and establish treatment goals.
  • Implement treatment plans through direct patient treatment and may delegate tasks to supportive personnel.
  • Provide advice and education to patients and families, and regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment.
  • Document patient management accurately and timely, and demonstrate progress toward meeting professional practice criteria.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in occupational therapy
  • Certification in occupational therapy or foreign-trained equivalent
  • Occupational Therapist License (California) required
  • National Provider Identifier required
