Classroom Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Classroom Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our preschool classroom. As a Classroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. A CDA or degree in early childhood education or related field with a minimum of 20 credits in ECE is preferred. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience and excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational curriculum that aligns with developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan age-appropriate activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations.
- Supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
