As a Registered Nurse in our PICU, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill children and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies in pediatric critical care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within our PICU.
- Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Candidates must have graduated within one (1) year of the cohort start date.
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period.
