About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team at First Transit. As a Van Driver, you will play a critical role in safely transporting students and passengers to and from their destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a van in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the van is in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and passengers, assisting with boarding and exiting the van as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
