We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Bluebird Staffing. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism
Requirements
  • Current Texas RN license or multistate license
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and NIHSS certifications
  • Strong Medical-Surgical experience, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Ability to float to all Medical-Surgical areas, including Medical, Post-Surgical, Ortho Neuro, Oncology, and COVID units
