Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies based on essential performance indicators
• Facilitate and deliver personalized and small group training sessions for members
• Support and motivate members to engage in private training opportunities
• Ensure precise management of client programs, tracking progress and workout plans
• Participate in all revenue-generating initiatives, including complimentary workouts, seminars, and workshops
• Commit to transforming lives through exceptional service, scientific approaches, and effective sales techniques
• Act as a representative of the company and embody its core values
• Inspire and motivate through timely, prepared, aware, and noble actions
• Conduct private training sessions that prioritize safety and effectiveness
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing training environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of private training methodologies
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong customer service orientation with effective task prioritization skills
• Experience with office equipment operation
• Minimum requirement: Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or higher
• Certification in BJJ belt ranking
• Verification of BJJ lineage
• Preferred: Record of participation in grappling tournaments
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience working with youth and children
• At least one year of relevant teaching experience
