About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $170,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and production.
  • Relocation assistance is available up to $50,000 for qualified candidates.
  • New graduates can enjoy benefits including no negative accrual for the first year, no non-competes, CE allowance of $5,000, and tuition assistance of $15,000.
  • We provide unlimited paid vacation time, generous CE time, and CE allowance.
  • Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match when working full-time.
