Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Commercial Electrician to join our team. As a Lead Commercial Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various commercial projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, mentoring, and direction to ensure efficient and accurate project execution.

Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial electrical work.
- Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
