As a Sales Floor Associate at Big 5, you will be responsible for maintaining a productive shopping experience for all customers. Your key responsibilities include performing sales and service throughout the store, proposing add-on sales to customers, answering telephones, providing product descriptions, retrieving and stocking merchandise from storage areas, and cleaning and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
