Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
