We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, CO. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and a benefit package after 30 days. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring safety and productivity, and representing Capstone with our partners.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives">
  • Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities">
  • Write and balance daily bank deposits, create daily work logs, and transmit them to corporate">
  • Audit daily labor and billing reports">
  • Evaluate customer needs on a daily basis and document any issues">
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to Capstone policies and procedures">
  • Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation">
  • Assist in managing site and departmental budgets">
  • Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements">
  • Interview, hire, and train new associates">
  • Supervise data entry for all services performed and complete daily closeout tasks">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting">
  • Proven experience providing high levels of customer service">
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates">
