We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments of children and adolescents presenting with psychiatric, developmental, medical/neurological, and learning issues. Ideal candidates will have expertise in working with a range of neurodevelopmental disorders in preschool and/or school-age children and adolescents, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with families, schools, and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct neuropsychological assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care partners, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
  • Communicate effectively with families, schools, and referral sources to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical programs and services

Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
  • License to practice as a Psychologist in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with complex mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
