Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential settings
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and complete projects on time
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives
- 1-2 years of experience in HVAC installation and service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; NATE and EPA certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with HVAC installation
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Competitive hourly rate: $25-$40/hour, depending on experience
