Job Summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Walla Walla, WA. As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Program, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized plans of care under the direction of a physician
Educate patients and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Washington Physical Therapist License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy
1 year of experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical field
Home Health experience
