Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough observations and surveys of assigned locations, reporting any activity or incidents to management.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to critical situations, utilizing your training and experience to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe outcome.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports of incidents and activities, demonstrating strong writing and communication skills.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Extensive screening process and background check
  • Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience required
  • Licenses and certifications as an armed security officer in your state
