Land Surveyor

V3 Companies is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor - Manager to lead our survey projects in North West Indiana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects from setup to completion, preparing various land surveys, and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage survey projects, including preparation, execution, and delivery.
• Prepare and sign, seal, and produce various plats of survey, including ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Subdivision, and Condominium Surveys.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D and construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
• Professional licensure in Illinois required; Indiana licensure a plus.
