We are seeking a motivated Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic team in Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality primary care services to diverse populations, including patients of all ages.

The selected candidate will work at one of our three locations, serving over 13,000 patients from every city and town in the state. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

As a Family Medicine physician with our group, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of $250,000 per year
  • An evening shift incentive payment equal to 50% of your equivalent hourly rate multiplied by three hours for each evening shift worked
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage through FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act), malpractice gap insurance coverage, reimbursement for Rhode Island state license fees and federal DEA fees, employee wellness program, CME stipend, four weeks of paid vacation, two personal days per annum, four CME days per annum, eleven paid holidays, and five sick days accrued pro rata each employment year

You will also have access to a variety of student loan repayment programs and eligibility to apply for loan forgiveness assistance through various federal, state, and company programs.
