About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher, Part-time. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our food preparation areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and manually wash dishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure they are clean and sanitized.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas, ensuring they are easily accessible and organized.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing stock, as well as sorting and removing trash from designated pickup areas.
  • Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler to maintain a safe and efficient food storage environment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work, with the ability to learn and adapt to new procedures.
  • Ability to exert continuous physical effort, including frequent bending, walking, and lifting, while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Previous dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Superior customer service standards and a commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
