About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Ellicott City, Maryland.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their unique needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document client progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in physical therapy to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
