Chief Engineer

We're looking for a Chief Engineer to join our team of Experience Curators. As a Chief Engineer, you'll oversee the upkeep, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years experience in engineering management position
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components and devices, HVAC systems, boilers, mechanical systems and the maintenance and repair of all
